Weight loss is MIND over MATTER! If you are not mentally prepared you will not be successful with your journey. Plenty of people think there is a quick fix for fast results. Get in your mind there is no quick fix and it will take time. If you don’t put in the work don’t expect the results. Unless you have disposable income for surgeries😂😂😂. If your reading this you don’t so exercising and eating right are the only way to see lasting changes. The process doesn’t get easier you get better and stronger. Repairing how you think and feel about food takes time.
Know your why! Know why you started this process and keep that in mind. Nobody can control your results but you.
2. GET A TRAINER/TEAM/SUPPORT!
Get help most people try and lose weight all the wrongs ways. So they have to start over and over again. If your serious invest in yourself.
3. SET SMART GOALS!
Work smarter not harder. Set smalls goals that are reachable. Make small changes in your daily routine until your comfortable doing something else. Setting unattainable goals will only make u feel like your progress isn’t worth it.
4. GET THE GEAR!
Get legit workout clothes. Get good sneakers. Real fashionistas wanna look good when they workout. Nice workout clothes can also be a motivational tool.
5. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS!
Track you process with photos and not with the scale. Photos will tell you what the scale won’t! Track you process by how you clothes are fitting and inches loss. CELEBRATE NON-SCALE VICTORIES! Don’t put weight loss first make being healthy a priority!!
6. INVEST REAL TIME!
Invest real time for working on your eating. You’ve been eating bad for years! Change isn’t gonna happen overnight. Repair your relationship with food. Train your mind to eat for fuel and not for fun or out of boredom.
7. SMASH STEREOTYPES!
People always assume your big so your lazy. LIES! LIES! Don’t worry about what people have to say! Do whatever you want. Bust down each goal you have.
8. ENJOY THE RIDE! Believe in YOURSELF!
Always believe in yourself and you power! You are your only downfall. Surround yourself with body positivity. Everybody won’t support you but don’t dwell on that. Focous on being successful in your journey. Don’t compare your chapter one to somebody else’s chapter 23! You will get there stay focused.
